My position involves many organisational matters, creative work through the design of Traffic Guidance Plans, working on the Development of Traffic Management Plans and major tenders and contracts. Regular training and on-site assessments, coupled with weekly meetings with clients and project teams, provides me such a varied field of work and considerable enjoyment and satisfaction. The company’s ethics and genuine respect for their staff remains a highlight for me working in the business. I have spent the majority of my career in management roles in various national transport and logistics businesses along with a few years in the construction materials industry. My role with Men At Work is to bring a greater focus on the Coffs Harbour and North Coast region. I commenced in the role 2014 after working in event management and marketing for several years in Sydney. Prior I was labouring for the company then moved into Traffic Control. As a Labour Hire Consultant, I am responsible for recruiting new skilled candidates and matching them to casual or permanent positions on the North Coast and subsequently have a thorough knowledge of servicing local government. It is great to be continually learning new skills from the team such our managers Ross Cargill and Steve Crabtree who have been in the industry for many years. I am the Receptionist at Men At Work and have been with the business since 2012. I am the friendly face that you see when you come to our office or the smiling voice that greets you when you call on the phone. I enjoy helping people whether it be assisting in our registration process or enrolling them in a course. I find dealing with the public both in person and over the phone to be very rewarding. It is also a pleasure to work with such a professional and affable group of people.

I joined Men At Work in June 2010 as Finance Manager. My previous roles had given me extensive experience in managing medium to large sized payrolls and successfully managing accounts. I enjoy providing an accurate and efficient service to all our clients and candidates, building long-term relationships with them and consistently delivering a professional product. I started with Men At Work in mid-2015 and have learned a lot in my time here about client relations, operations and customer service.
