Ross Cargill - Managing Director

I am natural leader and have developed a transformational or charismatic leadership style that has enabled me to grow a small regional business into an award winning SME. I am passionate about people and success is my greatest driver. I work best under pressure and am equally comfortable in the board room, on the building site or in the bar. I enjoy bringing change for growth but not for changes sake. The only constant thing about change, is change itself. I was the state winner of the NSW Business Chamber Young Business Executive of the Year in 2014. I started a new and exciting phase of my career in 2017 as Managing Director of the Men At Work Group. As the senior business partner (in age) with Kiel Bigeni we stand ready to grow as a young team. Success breeds success. I can’t wait to see what the future holds!!!!
